The series has been developed in conjunction with Tara Segree, an experienced educator and mindfulness practitioner whose work has positively impacted the lives of many children across the globe. In her 17+ year career in education, Tara has seen firsthand the daily anxiety that impacts students of all ages and believes that if we can teach children to calm themselves, we can help provide them with the tools to respond to challenges of life with a more proactive outlook.

With all the strife in our world today, we can feel helpless and do not know what to do. But together, we can make a difference. We can send peace to those who need it. We can all do our little part to make this earth a more peaceful planet. Sit for a few minutes and allow your breath to blanket our earth in peace.

 

Animals can fill our heart with love and always make our day brighter. In this meditation, we spend some time with our favorite animal or pet to breathe and take some time to bring calm to our day.

 

Having a restful night's sleep is essential for our well-being, as it sets the stage for a wonderful day ahead. In the moments that follow, we'll embark on a peaceful journey guided by the gentle cloud of sleep. So, find your comfortable spot, whether it's in bed or a cozy place of your choosing, and let us begin this soothing meditation to ensure you have the most restful night's sleep.

 

It is important to learn to take in the moment and to just be who we are. Embracing the essence of our true selves and learning to savor each moment is a special skill we can cultivate. By consciously tuning into our breath, the world around us, and our feelings, we embark on a path that leads to a joyful and peaceful mind.

 

"Healing Hearts" is a compassionate meditation journey designed to help children grapple with the complexities of loss. Through guided breathing exercises and affirmations, it nurtures an understanding that love persists even in absence, fostering gratitude and a lasting connection with loved ones who have passed.

 

Children face immense pressure to meet society's high standards of perfection. It is important that children are reminded that they are enough and are already perfect in their evolution as a human being here on earth.

 

Difficult people are a part of life. This guided meditation helps children gain insight and tap into their strength and resilience in how to cope with bullying.
